| Mr. McNett, who co-founded Cargo Data
Management in 1990, began his career with Mobil Oil Corp.,
rising to the position of president of Mobil Oil Caribe, responsible
for the company's operations in the Caribbean and in Central America.
In 1979, he became owner and president of Contact Products, a Dallas
manufacturing company, which he sold in 1984.
In 1985, Mr. McNett began his own management consulting firm, working with Aviation Logistics International in financial planning and management information systems. He later joined Aviation Logistics as chief financial officer, where he oversaw computer systems development, Mexican air charter operations, and systems software sales and marketing. He remained there until founding Cargo Data Management. Mr. McNett has a degree in chemical engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

| Carl H. (Mike) Carlsen - Vice President, Development> | |
| A co-founder of Cargo Data Management,
Mr. Carlsen created the air waybill accounting system and has led the
development of the company's systems. He has extensive engineering and
hardware and software development experience.
Before launching Cargo Data Management, Mr. Carlsen helped develop computerized avionics for helicopters at Bell Helicopter-Textron and was a consultant and later director of systems development for Aviation Logistics International. He also was founder and president of Xios, a computer software and hardware development firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Mr. Carlsen has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin. |

| Allen G. Bohne - Director of Development | |
| Mr. Bohne joined Cargo Data Management in 1999,
coming from Q4i, a financial software company. At Q4i, Mr. Bohne
developed the first real time stock trading software, which is now
used throughout the financial world.
His expertise in Internet technologies has kept Cargo Data Management in the technological forefront. He guided the company's developmental team during the creation of new web-enabled capabilities for the entire applications suite. A Microsoft Certified Engineer and Oracle DBA, Mr. Bohne has a degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina and a degree in computer science from Devry Institute of Technology |

| C. Duane Little - Director of Customer Service | |
| Mr. Little joined Cargo Data Management
in 1996. He came from Microsoft, where he managed teams of product
support engineers who assisted Microsoft users as well as performed
alpha testing of newly developed products under development.
Previously, Mr. Little served as a regional sales manager for Best Buy Corp., opening that company's commercial sales division in Texas. Mr. Little attended Texas A&M University and is an authorized SCO engineer and a Microsoft Certified Professional. |
