Money Track II

Money Track II is a comprehensive, stand-alone cargo revenue accounting system that can increase cash flow and profitability and provide a window into all financial aspects of your air cargo operation. It is a user-friendly, easily-learned system that incorporates full billing and receivables management, as well as clearing house, customs control, collections, claims management, and air waybill inventory control. Employees entering or retrieving data make fewer mistakes because of the contextual help available for every entry field.

With Money Track II, carriers can improve their cash flow through same-day billing capability while reducing costs to improve profitability, since its user-friendly interface requires fewer personnel to enter data. The system also automatically rates air waybills by standard or SCR tariff and contract rates, and guarantees entry of all air waybills via its source-match procedure.

Carriers using Money Track II can eliminate double payment of vendor invoices with its accounts payable audit function, and better analyze their yield management through the system's complete marketing reports, including lane segment yield. The system's single-screen collection module makes all data available to the accounts receivable agent.

Money Track II's accounts receivable capabilities allow payment by air waybill or invoice as well as the ability to maintain records of all cash transactions. Multiple aging reports are available.

In addition, the system features a fully automated Clearing House Invoice function, ensuring 30-day resubmission, along with streamlined preparation of rejection memos. It also automatically calculates excise tax or ISC charges for international shipments and creates customs records for all inbound international shipments.
